Watch this great common darter video
Local patch reporter Alex has been filming a common darter on his local river.

“I saw this common darter while out walking with my family. Due to the rain over the previous couple of days the river was rather high. The dragonfly wasn’t bothered by our presence when we sat down to watch it whizz around – instead it landed on Mum’s hand while she was trying to take a photo. We also took a great video of the insect hovering.” Alex
